Reaction to fire class A1
The products are not only non-combustible, they also protect buildings against the spread of fire.
Water resistance
The boards are waterproof and damp-proof for a long time, do not swell, and do not need to be replaced after flooding.
Weather resistance
CEMVIN boards are completely suitable for use outdoors – they are resistant not only to water and frost, but also to other effects of weather
Universal surface
Technical fibre-cement boards are ready for subsequent surface treatments.
Frost resistance
The boards themselves are completely frost resistant. Moreover, because they do not react to water, there is no risk of damage due to the freeze-thaw effect.
Resistance to biotic agents
The material of the boards naturally resists mould, pests, and other biotic agents, and the surface of the boards can also be treated with Bausto GSCHRW anti-mould and impregnation coating.
Electric arc resistance
CEMVIN fibre-cement boards have passed all electrical tests to meet the standard ČSN 332000-5-52 ed. 2. They are therefore suitable for use with both low and high voltage cables.

CEMVIN CABLE cable tray infills are designed for the safe storage of high and low voltage cables in industry, power plants, urban collectors, or underground facilities – even in exposed outdoor or underground wet areas. They serve as a safety feature to prevent damage in the case of a short circuit of high voltage cabling or an explosion and the spread of fire and heat to the surroundings. The thickness of the boards is determined by the type of cables and the gaps between the individual supports of the cable tray structure.
